Food is a beautiful thing.
The inspiration for this blog comes from two places: My love of Cooking and a Need to keep my kitchen (& body) gluten-free.
I have been in love with Food and Cooking and Baking since I was young. There are few things in this life that make me happier than spending the day in my kitchen creating yummy dishes and treats for my family & friends.
My intention here is to share rambling thoughts about the Food I’ve encountered (and/or avoided) during my ongoing adventures in a gluten-free world.
